Independence Fine Foods is a prepared foods concept. Our chef's case will offer healthy made-from-scratch options daily. Listed below, are a few items that will be featured in our chef's case regularly: gazpacho, grilled salmon, cowboy hummus, curried cauliflower, green chile chicken empanadas, kung poa tofu, schezuan green beans, grass fed local beef tenderloin, duchess potatoes, grilled sweet chili tofu, vegan pumpkin mousse, chopped salad, deviled eggs, tamales, and two soups (one vegetarian option).

All of our chef's case items will be sold by the pound, similar to what you would find at a farmer's market.

We are still in the recipe testing phase of our sandwiches but so far the list will include a pork belly banh mi sandwich, and a meatloaf panini.

We will feature a carving station that will offer free-range brined and roasted whole chickens sourced locally from Vital Farms. In addition, our carving station will also have beef, fowl, pork, and venison to be rotated based on popularity and seasonality.

Pastries: We will have an in-house pastry chef that will be whipping up some traditional and not so traditional cupcakes and plenty other confectionary delights!

Coffee: Espresso, iced coffee, cappuccino, and other fun concoctions! We will carry Stumptown Roasters Organic Coffee.
